eQuipForLife.org.uk is directed at providing a free service for disabled people and their families wishing to buy or sell used disabled equipment on the internet. The venture aims to empower disabled people by giving them access to the right equipment at affordable prices.

eQuipForLife.org.uk is a non-profit organisation which has been supported by the Millennium Award Scheme. The project derives from the author’s personal experience of suddenly being confined to a wheelchair and having the expense and emotional trauma of adapting the house and car etc. whilst adjusting to a reduced income.
